Imzadi Publishing has gone out of its way to set me up on a blog tour. I had no idea what a blog tour was, much less what to do with it. Well, Anita, from Imzadi, has walked me through the process and I’m game for it. It starts tomorrow, July 17, and runs through the 23rd. I’m excited to be a part of the blog about my second book, THE OTHER VIETNAM WAR, published in 2015. It maintains respectable sales, and I still receive emails from readers complimenting me on the content of the book. I always send a reply, because i feel honored that the readers took the time to contact me.

Naturally, I’ll be keeping tabs on the conduct of the tour. It should be an exhillerating experience. I just wish every veteran out there had the means to write about his or her experiences in military service. As I’ve said many times, when they pass on, if no record of that experience exists, it will be lost forever, I think society needs that narrative to understand the nature of what war is and what it means to the people that fight it.
