It’s been a while since my last post.  I’m still enjoying the come-down from the blog tour.  I’m back to work, now, on the audio version of THE OTHER VIETNAM WAR.  I hope to put this to bed next month.  Then it’s on to the audio version of VIETNAM AGAIN.

Right now, i’m in the middle of installing a ceiling in the downstairs portion of my house.  Of course, I have some good help: my lovely wife.  I can’t tell you how many screw-ups she’s spotted and made me correct.  Well, that’s the life of a do-it-yourselfer.  I imagine most fellows aren’t graced with a spouse who possesses such passion for correctness.  But, in the end, it will look fabulous.

But, you know, there is always a chance of winning the lottery.  I don’t necessarily depend on it, but it’s nice to dream about.  At least I could hire all of the work to be done on my house and enjoy a glass of single malt while I look on in wonder.
